Job Summary
nanoGrid is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the installation planning of our energy monitoring and control systems at client sites. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee field installations activities at various client locations.
- Coordinate communication between all stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Provide first line technical support for customers as part of the customer service desk (via phone and via the ticketing software).
