The Customer Success Manager (DACH region) is a strategic and supportive partner at every stage of the sales process and is focused on building loyalty, in order to retain customers in the long term. In other words, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers have a great experience and get the maximum value out of the nanoGrid’s energy monitoring and efficiency solutions.
Your challenge
- You offer support in converting prospects into active users (onboarding new customers).
- You are the first point of contact for customers and the support person for our sales team.
- You work close with our Operations team, facilitating communication and support for the customer.
- You follow up on various projects, keep them up-to-date and monitor progress internally.
- You keep track of all administration related to the sales department in our CRM system.
- You prepare presentations and reports for our customers.
- You organize recurrent follow-up meetings with your customer portfolio to maintain an excellent relationship, monitor customer satisfaction and detect upsell opportunities.

- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and German (other European languages are a plus).
